The agreement between you and iWatch covering acceptable use, accounts, evidence and the limits of the service.

1. What iWatch is

iWatch is a personal-safety and evidence-documentation technology platform. iWatch does not guarantee the prevention of crime, injury, assault or other emergencies, and is not a replacement for emergency services.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials and PIN confidential, and for activity that occurs under your account. This section will also cover eligibility and minimum age.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use iWatch lawfully, and not to use it to harass, stalk, intimidate or unlawfully record any person. Recording and privacy laws differ by jurisdiction and you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you. See the Recording & Legal Notice.

4. Your content and evidence

You retain ownership of recordings and documents you create or upload. This section will describe the limited licence iWatch needs in order to store and return them to you, and how storage limits and retention are handled.

5. Service availability

iWatch depends on your device, your operating system, your network connectivity and third-party services. iWatch does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and does not promise that a recording will always be captured or uploaded successfully.

6. Emergency features

The emergency button assists you in placing a call from your own device and may require confirmation from your operating system. iWatch does not contact emergency services on your behalf and does not notify any third party that a session has started.

7. Fees

Pricing, billing, renewal and cancellation terms will be set out here before launch.
